Self-Storage - Bayvest is proud to be bringing a next generation 5-storey self-storage facility totalling 128,000 sq. ft. to the residents and businesses of South Etobicoke. Located just off the busy Dundas corridor and just west of the Six Points Junction this new facility is poised to open in 2024. This facility boasts a host of important updates in its design when compared to a typical self storage facility, including: net-zero energy consumption, a focus on small-business with logistics and amenities to help small businesses grow along with the usual amenities including drive-in loading and a fully climate-controlled building.
37 Shorncliffe Road, Etobicoke
Industrial Condominiums - Bayvest is excited to bring 28 self-contained industrial condominiums to the Etobicoke area. This inspired design from Petroff architects includes the ideal environment for small business to flourish. Each unit includes showroom space, inventory storage, administrative space for staff to work and roll-up doors for easy access. Units range in size from 1,000 sq.ft. to 1,500 sq.ft. and can be combined to make larger spaces if so desired. We are looking forward to welcoming our new owners in Fall 2024.
