Self-Storage - Bayvest is proud to be bringing a next generation 5-storey self-storage facility totalling 120,000 sq. ft. to the residents and businesses of Aurora. Located at Leslie St and St. John’s Sideboard and just west of HWY404 this new facility is poised to open in 2026. This facility boasts a host of important updates in its design when compared to a typical self storage facility, including: net-zero energy consumption, a focus on small-business with logistics and amenities to help small businesses grow along with the usual amenities including drive-in loading and a fully climate-controlled building.
