Located at Leslie St and St. John’s Sideboard and just west of HWY404 this new facility is poised to open in 2026. This facility boasts a host of important updates in its design when compared to a typical self storage facility, including: net-zero energy consumption, a focus on small-business with logistics and amenities to help small businesses grow along with the usual amenities including drive-in loading and a fully climate-controlled building.
